The Chaleur Regional Service Commission is seeking a Director of Finance who is committed to supporting governance and leadership in a transition to a new and expanded mandate resulting from local governance reform.

Summary of Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Community Development and Transportation Services Director, the dispatcher and administrative assistant is responsible for greeting clients, handling calls, and processing transportation requests to ensure timely and quality service to its clientele. The incumbent of this position is also required to provide administrative support to various programs under the department's responsibility as well as to the executive management of the CRSC.


Job offer - Building Inspector

Under the supervision of the Planning Director, the Building Inspector performs a variety of tasks, such as reviewing construction plans, issuing building permits, inspecting buildings, and enforcing various municipal and provincial bylaws. This role involves working closely with the general public, municipal and provincial employees, and the construction industry. This position requires the use of computers for data entry and report writing.
