Proposed Zoning for Dunlop-Robertville
The new rural plan for the LSD of Robertville and Dunlop proposes a regulatory framework for the future land use development of the planning area as for example:
- Residential, commercial, institutional and industrial development;
- Rural zones assigned to agriculture, forestry and the excavation of aggregates;
- Zoning provisions concerning pools, the seize and height of buildings, home businesses, hobby farms, urban chickens and many other subjects related to land use planning.
