Community Transportation – New Service Offered by Urban/Rural Rides
As of December 1, 2025, community transportation service in the Chaleur region is no longer provided by the Chaleur Regional Service Commission.
It is now offered by Urban/Rural Rides, an organization recognized for its commitment to accessible and sustainable mobility.
Urban/Rural Rides provides a reliable, safe, and affordable transportation service for individuals who do not have access to their own means of transportation. The organization’s volunteers accompany users to medical appointments, essential errands, and other important trips.
